Located in the back room of Tender Mercy, Dozo is not your typical midwestern sushi restaurant.  The eclectic and appointed atmosphere and the refined hospitality provide a foundation for an innovative menu of contemporary sushi expressions featuring premium fish, crafted and curated in ways wholly original to Dayton. 

A new and refreshed menu launched Summer 2025, with a transition to a traditional, “a la carte” offering aimed at serving more guests and providing greater optionality for a more personalized dining adventure.
